The brief.
Mind Uplifting helps organisations move from informal people management to structured, performance-driven HR systems. Their old site was assembled from page-builder plugins, and it never showed who leads the firm or what each service actually includes.
They needed a site that reads like a serious consultancy, puts the people and the credentials up front, and that their own team can update without breaking the design.

Decisions that shaped it.
No page builder.A custom theme replaced Elementor and its add-ons: lighter pages, fewer plugins to patch, and nothing for an editor to knock out of place.
Editable where it matters.Headlines, intros, the case study and contact details are plain fields in WordPress. The layout itself stays locked.
Proof before polish.Real leaders and their credentials replaced stock handshakes, because a consultancy is bought on trust.
